Sitting Pretti offers a 21-day online return for items purchased online. In order to accept the returns, the items must still be in good condition and not have the following: 
 

• No Rips 

• No Smell

• No Stains 

Once a customer sends the item to ship through a mail carrier, a return will be initiated and should be given 3-7 business days to show back on their account.
